Health & Safety Statement
As the Operations Director of Soniclean Ltd I am responsible for the health, safety and welfare of all employees and others who may be affected by our undertaking.
To properly control risks throughout our operations, health and safety at work is accorded the highest priority. I seek to achieve the highest standards, not only because compliance with legislation is mandatory, but also because it is in our best interests to do so.
It is my intention that all employees read and comply with all parts of this policy for health and safety, and the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and other legislation as is applicable.
My statement of general policy intent is to:
* Provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities.
* Consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety.
* Provide and maintain safe plant and equipment.
* Ensure the safe handling and use of substances.
* Provide information, instruction and supervision for employees.
* Ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks, and to give them adequate training.
* Prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health.
* Maintain safe and healthy working conditions.
* Review and revise this policy as necessary and annually from the date below.
